There is a mod where the torque mount (right side of engine) in the 1.5 CVT model is replaced by the same part from the 2.0 MT model.
The original part is plastic (massive/strong), the part from the 2.0 MT is steel or aluminum.
Lore has it that starting from a stop with this change is more 'direct' - not 'soft'.
I'm suspecting that's more subjective than real.
Has anyone tried it?
