Decided to change this part in the video which I thought was the issue. Since I have posted this video I'm getting comments and I'm not the only one experiencing this.

I have experienced something like this when I had the quick adjustment set to the most aggressive option. I went back and changed the settings to what they were and everything was fine. Maybe it has to do with one of those settings.馃

Only thing is I'm running the tune without the quick adjustments. I will follow up with the issue.

Have you considered checking the LPFP? If you run an E85 blend, maybe it鈥檚 starting to die馃し馃従鈥嶁檪锔 If vacuum isn鈥檛 the problem. Fuel or spark is a high probability. I had similar issues to this after my turbo upgrade. Since regapping my plugs, getting new MSD coilpacks, and the DW300c Ethanol compatible LPFP, i鈥檝e been good.

Hope everything works out馃檹馃従

I actually ended up deleting the hole rail and plugged the compressor housing line right there where the aluminium line comes up by the turbo inlet and ran a straight shot from the bypass valve to the intake manifold but very informative content, good stuff.

So I broke the plastic bung off the the intake manifold and after much swearing at myself I'm now trying come up with a fix without replacing the manifold. Could I just plug the hole and find another manifold reference?

Jeez sorry to hear....I'm thinking maybe try and tread in some kind of metal male adapter for a vacuum line. I don't see why something like that wouldn't work as long as it's properly sealed.
