Anybody have experience with any of the underseat powered subs? I don't want a big box with a pair of 12's like I had back in high school in the trunk. I'd consider one of the slimmer powered subs for the trunk but I don't want to really sacrifice any trunk space with my boys in sports. I had no clue there were so many underseat options but I have no clue if they're worth it. I'm not trying to wake up the neighbors or rattle the whole block with bass but even with new speakers upfront the accord really needs a little low end punch. Anybody have any real world experience with any underseat subs and what would you recommend?

FYI I have the 8 speaker set up in the sport.

I had the PSU300 and It was okay. I got it at about 45% off on eBay as an open box item though. If I were to do it again I would go with the kicker 8-in hideaway. I measured their 10-in hideaway but I don't think it would fit under the seat within the frame rails. Honestly my PSU 300 hit a nice bit harder than my 10-in free air comp c in my back deck (I am planning a custom box built up in the back deck eventually because of this). Before I upgraded to the EXL I was actually planning on swapping out my PSU 300 before the kicker 8 or 10 in under seat. You'd probably still need a line out or DSP, but that will fit in your center dash or under the seat. Lmk If you have any more questions or need any more help. There should be a few of my reviews floating around about my PSU 300 and the DSP.

@Vegashybrid awesome, thank you. I did a quick search but didn't find a whole lot between trying to keep up with things at work. I was thinking of finding something open box like that to try out cheap. I'll take a look at that kicker. I don't want to spend a ton and just want enough to fill out my music and add some decent bass. I might have to ask you some questions about the DSP when I really get serious about buying.
