Can you provide more details... what is the screen saying?

Just tried "system update" on mine and it's showing "Your System Is Up To Date". If you have confirmed that you indeed have a connection (can check by going to Home/Settings/Connections/Wifi/"router name you are connecting to "Connected") and continue to receive this you may try a factory reset of your system. WARNING - If you do the reset there will be settings lost and need to be reset.
