For something like lug nuts, a battery powered impact should be more than sufficient. I have an M18 Milwaukee that I use for taking mine off. When putting them on I just snug them up with the impact and torque with a torque wrench.
You got me there; not unless you run out of battery ?I saw that but the M18 only has 125 foot-pounds of torque. That's more than enough to put them on, but not enough to reliably take them off. If I need to crack them with a breaker bar, a 4 way wrench is easier than an impact wrench. Plus a 4 way never runs out of battery.
