Upgrading my tire changing tools

I have been using my socket set to change out snow tires every year, but it's too slow. The best thing would be old fashioned cross lug wrench, but I can't find one that works. The aftermarket alloy wheels I use in winter need a thin wall deep socket, and cross wrenches are always too fat to get on the nut. I could get thin wall sockets welded onto the wrench I already have.

AN impact wrench with a torque stick would be even better, but I don't have compressed air or even electricity where I change the wheels, and I'm afraid a battery powered impact wrench wouldn't work well enough. Does anyone have any experience with battery power wrenches? What are good brands?

Any other suggestions?

For something like lug nuts, a battery powered impact should be more than sufficient. I have an M18 Milwaukee that I use for taking mine off. When putting them on I just snug them up with the impact and torque with a torque wrench.
I saw that but the M18 only has 125 foot-pounds of torque. That's more than enough to put them on, but not enough to reliably take them off. If I need to crack them with a breaker bar, a 4 way wrench is easier than an impact wrench. Plus a 4 way never runs out of battery.
You got me there; not unless you run out of battery ?
