This video outlines the process of replacing the windshield wiper blades on a 2018 Honda Accord EX-L. The process to change the wiper blades is exactly the same on Honda Accord Model Year 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. We replaced non-OEM Rain-X Latitude wiper blades with Bosch Icon Wiper blades. The Bosch brand is touted to last up to 40% longer than the Rain-X wiper blades and endures Ozone/UV better over time.

99.9% of wiper blades install in the same way. You don't actually need to buy brand specific wipers.
Also, most wipers last the life time of the car. I don't think I have ever replaced my wipers. The chattering/skipping of the blades is because the wiper blade isn't perpendicular to the glass in the resting position, usually bending the metal arm of the wiper will do the trick to put it back in position.

Even old used wipers will do the job fine unless you see the rubber literally falling apart. Just another automotive scam to squeeze money out of consumers. My es350 that is now 10 years old is on factory wipers. factory battery, factory all parts even the brake pads. As long as you maintain your car and don't fall for tricks of the mechanic world, you don't have to spend a dime on anything other than oil and fluids.
