You would need to check the car for codes. It could be anything.

 

2018 Touring 1.5. Happened to mine a couple times. 1st time they replaced the head gasket and fuel pump. 2nd time they replaced the fuel injectors and did the recall on the fuel pump. I haven’t had it happen again but it’s only been a month or so. I have an extended warranty so I paid my $100 deductible the first time. The second time, Honda covered the fuel injectors and fuel pump so I had no deductible.

 

It happened to me when my battery drained. I took the battery to the parts store to get it charged and the lights went away when I put it back on and drove the car around after about 5mins.

 

This is a temporary fix. Eventually it will get worse. This works for shorter and shorter amount of time…

 

Did you check the code?

 

I have had this issue for years. It comes and goes. Lane assist and cruise control do not work while they are flashing. It lasts for random amounts of time…a week, a month etc. Honda dealership couldn’t figure out what was causing it. They wanted to try replacing several things including my tires, brakes, and transmission. They were not guaranteeing that would fix it though. It is extremely annoying.
